Observation

2c. There were purses with long enough straps to wrap around a child's neck to play with. A child was placeing the strap around her neck and on arm, swirling around. Additionally her brother who is a toddler was hit in the face with the purse. After talking to the provider about it, she took the strap off one of the purses and when the child found a different purse to do the same, the purse was not taken away. 2d. There was a drawer in the bathroom with plastic bags that were accessible to children. 3c. The cabinet in the bathroom that had items that are to be inaccessible to children, opened far enough for children to be able to reach their arm inside or get thier fingers pinched int he door while attempting to access items. 5a. There was one receptacle in the first room to the left that was not tamper resistent.
